The Magnolia 12k/5k is back! We had over 700 participants last year, which was huge for a first-time event. All of that support allowed us to raise several thousand dollars that we then donated to local elementary and middle schools. We're adding the Magnolia Community Center as a beneficiary this year, and hope for even more of you to come on out to run or walk. With enough harassment, we may even be able to convince Coach Beth - Reigning Women's Champion of the Magnolia 12k/5k - to come out and defend her title.

The race is Sunday, October 7, and you can register here: Magnolia 12k/5k. If you're worried because Sunday is your "rest day," then just come out to the post-race beer garden!

This video is put out by CrossFit HQ while the CrossFit Games are being played on ESPN2 and I must say.........I "almost" got choked.....again Almost :-)  I had to remind myself that I'm a big tough guy and I’m not allowed to have emotions.
