Strength:  Deadlift 5x5x5x5x5 (70, 75, 80, 82.5, 85%) (increase your 1rm Deadlift numbers you've been using by 10 pounds)

WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP
Start with an 800m run
then with the remaining time of the 12 minutes AMRAP of the following
10 Push Press (95/65)
10 Box Jumps (20 inches)
15 Sit Ups
 

I hope hope hope this tape from the 80's is real, because all the guy really needs is for someone to understand and love him.
