I was amazed at how many people came out on New Years Day to "Sweat it out" with us.  Great work and it was nice to see everyone.

150 Double Unders
75 pull-ups
75 box jumps (24/20)
75 KB Swings (55/35)
150 Double unders

Tell Me Again Why You Didn’t Make It to the Gym Today?
Okay the video below is a little on the extreme side, but the message is there for everyone.  If something isn’t going right with your training (or life) there is a good chance you're the one holding yourself back.  Find solutions to the problems you face. Find ways to make things work for you rather than against.  Find your own inspiration and chase your own goals.  Nevermind others, make yourself proud.  I joke about PMA but it's 100% True.......Positive Mental Attitude goes a long long way.
