Workout of the Day (WOD)

Bob Harper, one of the trainers on the tv show "The Biggest Loser" and is a big fan of CrossFit.  If you watch the show you'll notice his training has a very big CrossFit influence.  Look at all the familiar CrossFit faces you will see making an appearance on the show, season starts Monday at 8pm.

Erin ran into  Bob Harper at the CrossFit Games.  She actually shoved me out of the way to say hi to him.  Erin only called me over so she could get a picture with Bob.  Fun Fact:  Bob Harper said he will compete in the CF Open this year,  He's going to be 47 this year.  Yes, 47!!!!

I might be the only person that finds this funny but I keep cracking up.  I didn't realize Flava Flav's job was so difficult.  I guess everyone can't be a professional "Hype Man", I wonder if there are college majors dedicated to the profession.  Here is the worst Hype Man EVER.....
