Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 10/11/13

This Sunday is the Olympic Lifting Class from 10:30-11:30am, keep coming out to these classes so we can keep them going.  Don't worry, it won't interfere with your Seahawks Game :-) 

Monday night at 8pm we will have a Paleo Meeting to kick off the 30 Day Paleo Challenge.  I hope you can make it, even if you can't we will have handouts for people so you can still participate.  I hope you can make it.
