This is your first weekend of the Paleo Challenge, get through the weekend. This will be your first big challenge, stay motivated, remember why you're doing this and work with each other to keep on track.
Strength: 15 Minutes to establish 1RM Squat Clean (power for newer people)
WOD: Modified "The Chief"
3 Rounds instead of the normal 5
3 Minutes Per Round
3 Power Clean (135/95)
9 Air Squats
1 Minute Rest after each 3 minute round. When you start the next round, begin where you left off from the previous round. Score is your total rounds + reps from all 3 rounds.
