Workout of the Day (WOD)

I can not wait until this Saturday for CFIB three year anniversary party.  Don't be shy, come on out for a fun time. 

Today is the last day of the Paleo Challenge.  It doesn't mean go crazy with pasta, breads and greasy junk once the challenge is over.  Ease into a lifestyle of clean eating with the occasional super treat.......But let it all loose Saturday night at the 3 year anniversary party.  CAN'T WAIT FOR THE WEEKEND!!!

Yes, we are doing it again.  I told you 30 days ago it was going to happen and here it is.

WOD for reps: “Fight Gone Bad”
In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point.

The stations are:

  1. Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20/14)
  2. Sumo deadlift high-pull (75/55)
  3. Box jump (20″)
  4. Push-press (75/55)
  5. Row for Calories

I'm mad at myself for watching this video the whole way through and enjoying how stupid it is.  I wonder what John Lennon is thinking from his grave watching this happen.
