It's officially the end of the Paleo Challenge and how are you feeling?  How do you look? Please share your results and if you have before and after pictures...send them to me, I would love to see them and share with others to see your changes. 

The winners will be announced in the Friday blog, so submit your scores to me immediately.  My score for the last 2 days:  Working out 2, Sleep .5, Posts 2, Eating 1 with a total 2 day score of 5.5.

A very busy Veterans Day Class, now imagine what our 3 Year Anniversary Party is going to be like.  It will look like this but people will be dressed fine and drinking wine :-)
