Ahhhh, my favorite saying people have said to me, “You’re Only So Fit Because You Lift ALL THE TIME”

In other news, 2 + 2 = 4. I appreciate you pointing that out for no reason, I don’t say you look so rested because you sit around doing nothing ALL THE TIME. I bring this up because people who discount the work you do are annoying, at least they annoy me :-) but what they are really doing is discounting your hard work to the extent that they are indirectly using it as an excuse for why they aren’t in better shape……also it is downright disrespectful. There is no reason to be disrespectful back but you can use this as an opportunity to encourage them to workout and let them know not only how working out makes you feel but everything you do outside of the gym because of it.

Plus FYI, I don’t lift “all the time”.  I have the same hours in the day you do, I just take 1 of those hours to get sexy. KABOOM!   :-)

Next time someone says this to you just say, “glad you noticed, enjoy the view” (this is when men can do the pec bounce and women can walk away showing off their squat butt)
