Tis the season to overhead squat your Christmas Tree.

Strength:
Front Squat
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70-75%
Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80-85%
Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90-95+%
Sets 4-6 – 2 reps @ 85-90%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

WOD:
21-15-9
Power Cleans (135/95)
Push-Ups

It's after Thanksgiving, so now you can put up your Christmas trees and lights.....not before :-)
