Strength/Skill:
5X5 Unbroken Hi-Hang Snatches – heaviest possible

WOD:
12 Minute Running Clock
Start with 800m Run
Followed by AMRAP the following with the remaining time of the 12 minutes:
10 V-Ups
15 Box Jumps (24/20)

This is soooo cute because it's not my kid.  Watching a video of someone elses kid sticking to a lie under extreme evidence is adorable :-)
