Workout of the Day (WOD)

Reminder that Friday night is Crossfit Comedy night!!!!!! When you show up to the door tell them "CrossFit" and you will receive half off tickets. Yes one of the Improv troupe is a CrossFitter and runs Comedy Sportz. You will have to guess who that is, it will probably be very obvious, how many comics have you seen that can deadlift over twice their body weight? Pass the word to all your friends, I want to make Comedy Sportz pay for offering such a deal to CrossFitters. Lets fill the theater so full we break the fire codes and drink all their beer. Whoooooooooooo Hoooooooooo!!!!!  This is open to all CrossFitters, not only CFIB so pass the word.

Strength/Skill:
2 Position Snatch (Floor, Mid Thigh) 10 times
Newer people practice Power Snatch and/or Squat Snatch.

Here is an example of what you will be doing for the 2 position snatch.  The the first one is a full snatch then 2nd one starts from the mid thigh.
