Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 2/22/13

Not only did Jeff step it up at the competition on Sunday, he's been our MVP dodgeball player the past two weeks(One of the MVP's was legit, the second MVP we awarded him for being the first out of every game....CONGRATS!).  In case you didn't know, CFIB has a dodgeball team.  We are 3 and 3, however we are undefeated at sarcasm, quick wit, having fun and drinks afterwards.  You should come cheer us on and join us in the entertainment, the games are on Tuesday Nights.

Here is John with his game face on and I posted the video below because it made me smile :-)  How come every music video I watch that has people exercising in it, the men always wear short shorts, cut off shirts and are obviously oiled up.  Do I need to change my workout wardrobe?
