Coaches Challenge month, February 2013, is over with. Coach Joey did an L-Sit for 64
seconds and many people tried but only two people were able to beat the coach. Congrats to Martin and Liz, Martin held the L-Sit for 65 seconds and Liz for 67 seconds.
So what is our next Coaches challenge going to be? See the video below. It's time to take on Coach Taryn........max double unders in 60 seconds. It has to be counted by a judge, the double unders don't have to be unbroken. Just get the maximum double unders you can in 60 seconds.
