Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 3/29/13

There are no classes on Sunday in observance of Easter.  So there are no classes and no runs or re-runs of 13.4.  Go have fun and eat brunch :-)

Congrats to Mindi, she survived the Big Climb! Her goal was sub-30 minutes and beat that by 6 minutes.  Next year her goal is already sub 20 minutes.  Great Work!!!!

WOD:
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:
135/95 pound Clean and jerk, 3 reps
3 Toes-to-bar
135/96 pound Clean and jerk, 6 reps
6 Toes-to-bar
135/95 pound Clean and jerk, 9 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
135/95 pound Clean and jerk, 12 reps
12 Toes-to-bar
135/95 pound Clean and jerk, 15 reps
15 Toes-to-bar
135/95 pound Clean and jerk, 18 reps
18 Toes-to-bar...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24,
etc.
***Masters Weight 115/65, ages 55+

Friday and Saturday @ 8pm and 10:30pm..  Also on Friday they have a special deal for their most loyal fans.  In celebration of their return after a three week hiatus, if you say, "Fun Friday" at the door, you get in for half off at the door, but this is supposed to be a secret so shhhh.

There's also a Kidz Matinee @ 2pm on Saturday.

Saturday's shows (8pm and 10:30) are ComedySportz vs. Jet City Improv.  Cross-town rivalry style.  It gets dangerous when you get comics battling it out.
