We are in the third week of the Wendler Cycle and I already see Pr's everywhere.  Everyone's getting strong up in here.........LET'S DO SOME MORE LIFTING.........ALL DAY SON, I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY!!!!!

Strength:  Back Squat Week 3

WOD:
20 Minute EMOM.....ALL DAY SON!!!!! I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY
First Minute: 20 Double Unders & 7 V-Ups
Opposite Minute:
Rx 6 Pull-Ups, Rx+ 9 Pull-Ups
