Workout of the Day (WOD)

Memorial Day Murph was very popular, thanks to everyone that came out and did great work.

Remember this Friday starts the 2013 NW Regionals for the CrossFit Games.  CrossFit Interbay will be competing, so come out and cheer them on.  I'll post a schedule of events and times later in the week.  Also, as a special offer, if you buy tickets to the games show us your tickets or let us know then you can get a CFIB t-shirt for 5 dollars.  Show off your gym pride and cheer on the team. (limited to available sizes and quantity on hand).  I know some of you have talked about car pooling to Kent, post in comments or Facebook to see who else is interested.   I'll be going there at zero dark thirty with the team each day.

I don't know who had a more insane counting method for "Murph"  Jon or Emily.
