Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 5/10/13

There will be no 11am class on Sunday in celebration of Mothers Day. 

Saturday is Jon G.'s last day in Seattle before he heads off for the U.S. Marine Corps.  Stop in for his final WOD and let's give him a great send off.  It's been great having you in the gym Jon and we are excited for you to step into the next stage of your life.  Have a great time in the Military, you will be missed.

Strength/Skill: 15-20 Minutes to practice or work up to a heavy Hi-Hang Squat Snatch (no hip, just knee extension).

WOD:
3 Rounds
400m Run
15 Power Snatch (95/65)

Moms, don't do this to your kid until after they feed you breakfast in bed :)
