WOD:
5 Minute AMRAP
3 Deadlift (275/185)
7 Push Press (115/75)

For this WOD you will need two bars.  The WOD will be done in multiple heats.

Those of us who were kids in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s or even early 80’s probably should not have survived!
