Strength: 20 minutes to Establish 1RM Clean & Jerk (advanced do squat clean, beginners and intermediate practice skill & can do both Squat & Power Clean & Jerk)
5 Rounds 2 minutes each:
Max Reps Clean & Jerks (70% your 1RM) with remaining time.
1 Minute rest in between each round
