Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 6/17/13

Saturday was a perfect day for a CrossFit Competition, a lot of sun, some good workouts and good friends.  Here are a couple of pictures from the Saturday event. 

One of the movements was team medicine ball sit-ups, this is where you're supposed to do a sit up and pass the ball to your partner.  I thought it'd be more fun to see how much air I could get when tossing it to Erin.......she appreciated it :-)

It's sunny outside and time to do a benchmark.  Run this in two heats, count for each other because it goes on the big board then hit it hard :-)
