Strength: 20-30 Minutes Back squat Week 3. Do 2-3 strong warm up sets before you move into your work sets. You shouldn't finish back squat quick.
6 Minute As many reps as possible:
at the top of each minute do 12 burpees
then with the remaining time of the minute perform Max double Unders
