Workout of the Day (WOD)

I enjoy laughing and having a good time which is why I love posting information for Alex and Comedy Sportz Seattle.

There's a ton of funny stuff coming up.

Alex is in a sketch comedy show this Friday at 8:30pm for Sketch Comedy Month.  The group is Worst Case Scenario.

Here is something I'm really excited for, this Saturday is the kids matinee at 2pm, but they are also offering a free improv workshop for kids that show up at 1pm.  That's right a free Improv workshop for the kids then a show at 2pm.  Everyone thinks their kids are cute but can they be funny?  Personally, I'd rather enter my kids into the ugliest dog in the world contest as long as they were just as funny and cracked me up on a daily basis :-)

Plus there's shows Friday and Saturday night at 10:30pm.

Last thing (and definitely the biggest), Alex's ComedySportz 1 year anniversary is coming up.  So they are having specialty shows on two nights with Jet City, Milwaukee and Portland.  The shows will be on July 5th and 6th at 8pm and 10:30pm for both nights.

Yesterday I found a video that made me feel the internet made us dumber.  Luckily Jake V. found a video that restored my faith in why they invented the internet.    However, I don't know if this video makes me any smarter.  I think it will still make me stupid but I'm ok with it :-)
