I'm very excited we got to keep our CrossFit Interbay sign from regionals and will hang it proudly in the gym.

200m run
40 OH Squat (75/55)
200m run
60 Push-Ups
200m run
80 Push Press (75/55)
200m run
100 Air Squat

May's Coaches challenge is over with and only one person beat Coach Geoff in strict pull-ups and that was Jon with a total of 30.  Great work.

June's coaches challenge will be with Coach Lance.  60 seconds of max burpees, you must touch something overhead.  Coach Lance's official video is below.......I think he's going kind of fast :-)
