Workout of the Day (WOD)

Like I said, we want to know what you're doing this summer.  Not only is Nick having a baby shortly, he's also training for the century ride (100 miles) at  Obliteride. Nick has always enjoyed cycling, but never completed a distance like this so it's part personal challenge but primarily it's for a good cause.  All funds go directly to cancer research at Fred Hutch which is especially important for Nick because his family has been hit by cancer a few times.
