Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 7/29/13

Great news from Halli & Nick:

We have a beautiful new addition to add to the CFIB family! Scout Clementine Thiel was born last week 12:12am at 7lbs 2oz 20 inches. Everything happened pretty fast but momma was a rockstar and Scout arrived happy and healthy. 

In addition to letting you know about our beautiful baby girl, we wanted to thank you guys for keeping us fit. Halli's labor was fast and manageable and she actually said "that wasn't so bad" when it was all over. We know it's in part because of staying healthy and in shape, so thanks for everything.

We're both excited to get back and Scout is already working on her thrusters. See you soon.

Strength:  20 minutes to establish 3RM OH Squat establish, newer people do front squat.  I don't want newer people to find a 3RM, play with moderate to heavy weight 3x3x3x3x3.  Work with a coach to watch you and figure out the weights for you use.

WOD:
