I'm sad, the 2013 CrossFit Games are over but what a great trip watching some amazing athletes while hanging out with some great friends.   

Now let's get psyched up for the we will need athletes, volunteers and judges.

Strength:  7 Minute EMOM 3 Weighted Kipping Pull-Ups.  If you don't have pullups use the thinnest band so getting 3 reps is challenging or do ring rows.
