Workout of the Day (WOD)

Seattle has had such an amazing Summer, I'm happy to see everyone being so active. 

Dan raced at the ISDE fundraiser (international 6 day enduro), the race raises money for the medical team that travels each year with the racers to a unique world location, this year its in Italy.   Dan got 7th place, the races are normally broken into different classes but this time they raced the A and B groups together, Dan normally runs in the B group. It goes AA (pro), A (expert), B, C etc. for each age group.  Great work Dan.  First Mt. Rainier now this, can't wait to see you back in the gym.
