Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 8/27/13

Nooooooooo, I don't want to become the hipster CrossFit Gym(not that there is anything wrong with hipsters, I love PBR and sweet mustaches).  Here is K-Von repping 365 deadlift, I guess I can't make fun of him when he's repping out that much weight :-)


Strength/Skill:  15 Minutes Muscle Up Practice
In between working on muscle ups do the following:
Accumulate 2 minutes in an L-Sit either from the rings or Paralletts(scale accordingly)
50 GHD Sit Ups(or 50 V-Ups)
75 Supermans

5 Rounds
40 Double Unders
12 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) FB (155/105)
10 Pull-Ups
*14 Minute Time Cap

This song just keeps getting better and better.......ok the singing is horrible but this music video is MONEY!
