Workout of the Day (WOD)

Remember Monday, September 23rd at 8pm is the Muscle Up Clinic coached by the 14th fittest woman in the world, Rory Zambard.  Just show up, you do not need to know how to do pull-ups, ring dips or muscle ups.  This is a good clinic to work the skill, possibly get that first muscle up and learn to be more efficient with the movement.

Strength/Skill:  8 Minute EMOM  each minute on the minute do  1 Power Snatch & 1 Hang Power Snatch.  Find a weight that pushes you without losing your form.

Sometimes I really don't like the internet.  Here are a couple of reasons.  First, I saw a picture of the chair in the picture below and I must own it.  I can't sleep and no chair feels comfortable anymore because I must have the storm trooper chair.  I wouldn't have known that if it weren't for the internet.

Second:  The internet makes me feel like my pet is boring.  All mine does is eat, sleep and go to the bathroom.  I want a thug cat that makes bank and can bust a cap.

Third:  They ruin movies.  I really liked World War Z and was excited to watch it again when it comes out on video.  Then I watch the video the below and it points out some things I miss.  Now I think it's one of the stupidest movies ever made and I question how I ever liked it in the first place.  STUPID INTERNET!
