Reminder: Muscle Up Clinic on Monday at 8pm, coached by Rory Zambard, the 14th fittest woman in the world. You do not need to be able to do pull-ups, ring dips or muscle ups, just come in and work the skill so you can perfect that as you're developing the strength portion too.
Strength/Skill: 6 Minute EMOM 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat (Find a weight that is challenging that you can push yourself without losing form)
