Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 9/3/13

Great work yesterday........see Jackie, Grace and Annie aren't mean at all. 

A couple of things: 
First it's that time of the year again, Ladies Night is back this month and it will be the last Wednesday of the month September 25th so mark your calendars. 

Second, the Sunday Olympic Lifting Class will be September 15th from 9:30-11am.

3 Rounds
25 Wall Balls
25 Push-Ups
