There is a Friday 3pm Olympic Lifting class with Coach Marcos.  Last one was really popular, hopefully we'll see a lot of you there again.  We will still do one Oly class a month on the weekend.  Date TBD.

Hey, did you hear the rumors that a few good looking, very cool people are helping build a CrossFit Gym in Shoreline.....that's right there is a new gym opening in Shoreline called "CrossFit Hailstorm".  Good news first, the coaches that are helping put this together will not take away from CrossFit Interbay at all, CFIB is our baby and we will not do anything to take away from the quality and community we have built.  Yet, we will take our expertise with some friends we trust to help build a strong CrossFit gym in Shoreline.  So this Saturday is CrossFit Hailstorm's Open House from 1-3 pm.  This time is to expose new people to CrossFit and even put newer people through a fundamentals workout.  At 3 o'clock the experienced CrossFitters will play, so everyone at CrossFit Interbay is invited to come by and break in the gym before anyone else gets to and before the doors open officially on Monday.  Come on by, get sweaty and have fun.
