It was so much fun watching everyone run with Holly.    Thank you to those that came out and cheered the group on along the route.

Don't be a baby:  It's very easy to fall into a victim mentality, where everything that's hard feels like a punishment. But when it comes to your body and health, it's worth it. I don't always love to work out, but I love what it does in my life and I love the confidence it gives me. I'm not excited about chicken and broccoli again, or Thrusters, but I'm excited about the extra energy it gives me, feeling strong and how I look in jeans............Don't judge me :-) You can be a guy and proud of your strong thighs and muscular butt :-) No shame in my game.
