CFE:
10x1 Minute Max effort w/1 minute rest Row
10x250m Run 1 minute rest

Strength:
Shoulder Press:
Set 1 & 2: five reps @ 50-60% 1RM
Set 3 & 4: three reps @ 80-85% 1RM
Set 5&6: 1 rep @ 90-95% 1RM
Set 7: 1 Rep @ 95+% 1RM

WOD:
10 minute AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Overhead (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/85, FB 185/105)
10 Deadlift (use the same weight you used for STO)
15 Sit-Ups

Strength 2:
Snatch Grip Deadlift
5 Sets of 3 Reps (100-125% your 1RM Snatch Weight, use wraps if you want)
