Workout of the Day (WOD)

Holly was back in class yesterday and part of her college courses, she had to do a social experiment and Holly chose to wear a dress to CrossFit to see how people would react. 

I think dresses in CrossFit are fine.

Push-Press

WOD 1:
6 Minute EMOM
4 Power Cleans (Mx 115/75, Rx 135/95, FB 185/125)
20 Double Unders

Post WOD Strength 2:
Four sets of:
Single-Leg Box Step-Ups at 8-10 reps each leg (hold a 55/35 kb in each arm and/or scale as necessary)
