Well it's official, winter has finally arrived which means that swimsuit season is over and the holiday cookies will be at every party we attend! If you are one who loves to have a cookie or two at parties, then you better balance that with regular workouts and tightening up your nutrition the rest of the time.  Don't let the cold winter months sneak by and realize you barely worked out and you developed a 2 doughnut a day habit.....that's harder to kick than cigarettes :-)  Keep coming in and talk to a coach about setting new winter goals, whether it's keeping you accountable for how many times you to train a week, to new Pr's or weight you'd like to lose. Working with the coaches and keeping with our training, you won’t feel as guilty when you reach for the snickerdoodle that your friend baked.
