Workout of the Day (WOD)

I was really impressed with all the costumes that came to CrossFit Interbay on Thursday and Friday, but we had to pick a winner.  And the super mojo award goes to TINA!!!!!!  She came as the CrossFit Interbay Tiger, seriously how sick is that.

Strength:
Deadlift
6 sets of 6 reps 65-70% 1RM

WOD:
15 Minute AMRAP
10 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
15 Wall Balls
20 Sit Ups

Seriously, I love the internet.  What did I do before it?  I need to see stuff like "The greatest sign spinner ever"..............and he is!!!!!
