Many of you signed up for Coach Taryns back to basics food challenge and had great success.  Coach Taryn is going to run another one just for the holidays where a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Toys for Tots.  Here is more on it from Coach Taryn:

Back to Basics Holiday Edition

Get after it on Thanksgiving Day, then starting December 1st, join your fellow CFIB members in a friendly, competitive Nutrition Challenge.  There will be NO LIMITATIONS and you’ll get some FREEBIE Cheat cards! Yup, 28 of them in fact (more can be purchased for a small fee - $5 per card, as a donation to Toys 4 Tots. What’s at stake? Well, YOU keeping on track and staying relatively healthy during the holiday’s AND a hefty contribution to the Toys 4 Tots.  I mean, come on, it’s all for the kids, right? So, what’s the skinny??

  • Starts Dec 1st - Dec 28th
  • Weekly weigh-ins: -1; 0; +1 (never made public)
  • For each pound above your starting (weekly): $5 donated to Toys 4 Tots
  • No restrictions on FOOD
  • 28 FREEBIES = Sugar & Alcohol ONLY (can use 1 a day or save them for an event, etc. IE: 2 drinks + holiday treat = 3 Freebies)
  • No Shows on Weigh-In = $10
  • WINNER = the person that LOSES the most BF% during the Holidays earns 1 free month of CFIB Membership OR Equivalent of their dues back to Toys 4 Tots (paid for by Taryn)
  • $129 per member
