Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 11/28/14

1st:  Remember that we have a modified schedule for today with classes at 6am, noon and 6:30pm.  Work off whatever you did to your body yesterday.

2nd: We will have our final Advanced Training on Sunday from 9-11am then we won't have another cycle of this until January 2015.

3rd:  If you didn't know, we started a kids program from 3-4pm on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.  For more information contact erin@crossfitinterbay.com
