More Holiday Bingo to go.  If you have an L Bingo you and your teammate can grab a Grocery Bag or CFIB Water Bottle.  An L is if you have the entire B column completed and I 5, N 5, G 5 and O 5.

Light-Moderate weight Overhead Squats
3-4 Sets of 5-7 reps focus on form, your overhead position and smooth movement

5 Rounds
1 Deadlift (85-90% your 1RM)
15 Burpees
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
