Convenience is built through inconvenience. You have to do a series of things you’re uncomfortable with to be successful.  This is true with your health, fitness, happiness and success in your day to day life.

WOD:
7 Minute AMRAP Ladder
Round 1
5 KB Swings (55/35)
10 Double Unders
Round 2
10 KB Swings
20 Double Unders
Round 3
15 KB Swings
30 Double Unders
Round 4
20 KB Swings
40 Double Unders
Keep going and going until 7 minutes is up.  (Score is the round you completed + reps)
