Workout of the Day (WOD)

Here it is, the final CrossFit Open WOD will be announced today at 5pm for 2014.  It's exciting and sad at the same time.  We will celebrate like we do each year, with a party that will run during the evening classes on Friday.  The day classes will run as normal but from 4pm for the rest of the evening, we will run the WOD in heats.  Once you're done, grab a drink, have a snack and cheer on your fellow athletes.  If you completed the WOD during the day classes, come back and hang out.  If this is a rest day and you aren't working out....come in anyway and hang out :-)

Strength:  25-30 Minutes Clean & Jerk

WOD:
5 Minute AMRAP
20 Lunges (each leg = 1)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 SDHP (95/65)
