Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 3/28/14

Well the final workout of the 2014 CrossFit Open is today.  We will run regular classes all day then from 4pm on we will run the WOD in heats.....and it's a doozy!!!!

Even if you've done the WOD earlier in the day, come in the evening it's our CrossFit Open send off party with plenty of food, beverages and characters :-)

Also, my suggestion for this workout......do it hard and do it right the first time.  You don't want to repeat this WOD.

Workout 14.5  FOR TIME!!!!!!

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95-lb. thrusters
Bar Facing Burpees

WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters
Bar Facing Burpees

MASTERS MEN - includes Masters Men 55+
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
65-lb. thrusters

Bar Facing Burpees

MASTERS WOMEN - includes Masters Women 55+
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
45-lb. thrusters
