Workout of the Day (WOD)

How did you like the first week of the 2014 CrossFit Open?  Did you get caught up with watching the leaderboard and wondering how you fared in the region?  I noticed a lot of people repeating the workout, how did you feel after your 2nd attempt?

We have a few days until they announce 14.2, any guesses on what it will be?  What do you hope to see?

Praveen and Leela looked amazing in their wedding.  Congrats on your 2nd wedding ceremony.  Did you have a fitness competition at your reception or was it that obvious you two would have won?

We are going to start implementing CrossFit Endurance work for those that are training for marathons, half marathons, 5k's, 10k's, triathalons and iron mans.  Each Tuesday we will give you a choice of our regular class work or you can come in and do the CF Endurance work.  Coach Lance and I will be around in the evenings to help, Coach Beth will be there during the day.  If you have a race coming up, let one of the coaches know.

Endurance:
5x800m Run rest 3:00, deviate no more than +/- 5-10 seconds

Regular class:
WOD:
7 Minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (95/65)
20 KB Swings (55/35)

Strength:
2x500m Row

How does someone do this much work in one day? I guess that's why he won the CrossFit Games 3 times in a row.
