Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 5/16/14

Remember next week we start the 5:30am classes and coach Ron is back to coaching the Saturday 9 & 10am classes.

Strength:  Back Squat
First work set 3 Reps @ 62% your 1RM
Second work set 3 Reps @ 72% your 1RM
Third work set max reps @ 82% your 1RM

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP, increase by 2 reps till time expires
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16 etc
Hang power clean (95/65)
Front rack reverse lunges (95/65, step backwards instead of forward for reverse lunges, and each leg = 1)
