IMPORTANT REMINDER . . . New yoga class starting today with Amanda; Wednesday mornings 8:10 - 9:10 a.m. Remember, if you want to have these classes available, you need to participate in them. We have gotten some great feedback from the classes so far especially when it comes to improving mobility.

First Work Set 5 reps @ 65% 1RM
Second Work Set 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM
Third Work Set Maximum Reps @ 85% 1RM

WOD:
21-15-9
Push Press (125/75)
Toes to Bar
*At the top of each minute do 5 burpees
