What else are Kevin and Beth supposed to do while on a family vacation in Lake Huron, drop in to the local CrossFit Gym obviously :)

Back Squat:
Set 1:  8 reps @ 65% 1RM
Set 2:  5 reps @ 70%,
Set 3:  5 reps @ 75%
Set 4:  5 reps @ 75%
Set 5: 3 reps @ 80% 
2 Minutes rest between sets

WOD:
40 Burpees
Then
3 Rounds
15 Push Press (115/75)
25 Sit-Ups
Then
40 Burpees
