This 1st WOD today is a Crossfit AB workout and it will do nothing to you if your nutrition habits are bad. If your Body Fat is high enough, then you will never see your ABS even if they are huge and muscular below your skin. Fat destroys your hard work because you can’t see your muscles and the only way to reduce it, is through your Nutrition.
You have to be very smart and strict on your nutrition plan and build a long lasting clean eating lifestyle in order to achieve a low body fat. You have to know exactly, what, when and how to eat the proper foods! You will see that after following a great nutrition plan and by working hard the results will be Awesome and very very fast.
When you reach a low body fat level, for your body, it will be easier to stay at low body fat levels for life. Your metabolism will be high and even if you sometimes eat junk food, it will be no problem for your body to get rid of the extra calories extremely faster! But you have to get there first before binging too much.
Also, remember to always use great technique, good form, full range of motion and to be as strict as possible on every repetition. You must feel your muscles working out all the time to get maximum results. I know we do things for time but never let your form suffer.
