I didn't know Sunday class turned into a class where headbands are mandatory.  Sweet look, now you all need a fanny pack to match.

CFE:
2x1mile run with a 7 minute rest in between each
2x2k Row with a 7 minute rest in between

Strength:
Hang Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

WOD:
3 Rounds
5 Thrusters (Rx 135/95, FB 165/125, Masters (95/65)
10 pull-ups (rx & masters regular pull-ups, FB Chest to Bar)
15 push-ups

Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
